Sales of timeshares and Resort information
Okawa Bay Lake Resort timeshare is excellent value, being a highly popular RCI Gold Crown resort, and the main one in the Rotorua area, which enhances our owners' exchange priority. As you will see from the pictures, the setting is particularly tranquil, and holidays at the resort are notable for restfulness. The hotel restaurant facilities are available, while other hotel amenities are freely available, ie free wireless broadband, heated pool, tennis courts, lawn golf, subsidised boat trip to the hot pools down the lake, swings-seesaw-tramp for the kids, etc. Near-by there is golf, and horse riding, and famous Ohau Channel fly fishing for rainbow trout.

Sales
The Registry of Leases is maintained by the Association, which effects changes of ownership also. The transfer fee is $470 incl gst if the Association office does the documentation, or $236 if David Barry does the documents. There is no need for a solicitor, as there is no land transfer involved. David organises the paperwork.
Okawa Bay timeshare does have resales available from a few people wishing to sell out. Prices vary, with the fixed summer weeks being around $13000 each when available, and floating weeks are $2500 negotiable. Call David for details, he is an owner at the resort, not a real estate agent.
